Distributed production line
The SG-UR-I86 reader can be installed on the production line and connected to the internal information system via serial port and TCP. Three antenna ports can be used to flexibly connect different types of antennas, such as near-field antennas, far-field small-gain antennas, etc., to set up four collection points, and collect information on the tagged items in the coverage area of the collection points. The information is then fed back to the upper control system for management control. Thereby achieving the purpose of improving efficiency, reducing costs and effective control.
Vehicle unloading position management
The SG-UR-I86 reader can be installed on the ceiling of the unloading position. By reading the unloading vehicle or the label buried on the ground surface, it is judged whether the parking position of the vehicle is accurate and an alarm is issued for the wrong parking. The SG-UR-I84 supports three external antennas so that one device can control four unloading positions. The reader is connected to the background control network through the POE interface, which facilitates large-scale networking applications, and can be centrally monitored in the background.
This system can improve the accuracy and efficiency of unloading and reduce the guidance staff.
